Revenue Below Forecast

Revenue came in $186.8 million below the forecast, or 1.5% under the expected figure. The company’s fiscal year does not necessarily match the calendar year, and the quarter is reported under Visa’s own fiscal calendar. The figures were published in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 27 October 2026.

Both earnings per share and revenue were below forecast in the quarter, according to the company’s own report.

Market Backdrop

In markets the same day, the Nasdaq Composite stood at 26,169.38 points at the close of 26 October 2026, up 0.82% from the previous close and near its 31-day low.
