Revenue and earnings against forecast

Both measures fell short of the forecasts. Revenue was $111.2 billion against $132.0 billion expected, while earnings per share were $2.12 against $3.11. The earnings gap was the larger of the two in percentage terms, at 31.8% below the forecast, compared with 15.8% for revenue.

The company’s fiscal year does not necessarily match the calendar year, and the quarter is reported here as the third quarter of fiscal 2026.

Market backdrop

The Nasdaq Composite closed at 26,477.81 points on 27 October 2026, up 1.18% from the previous close. The index measurement is separate from the company’s filing and is noted here for context only.
